Tickets Hidden Garden Festival 2027

We celebrated ten years of Hidden Garden in 2026 with a garden full of dancing people and names like Danny Howells, Joel Mull, Marco V and Ben Gold. On Saturday 28 August 2027 the gates of our magical garden open again, at the IJzeren Man in Eindhoven.

A whole day outdoors among the trees, with house and techno on several stages, your friends around you and the sun on your face. That is how we close the summer together.

We will announce the 2027 line-up later, but tickets are on sale now. Are you coming?

Who is on the line-up?

The 2027 line-up will be announced later.

How old do I have to be, and do I need ID?

You must be 18 or older. Bring valid ID, as you may be asked to show it at the entrance. Anyone under 18 is refused entry, and the ticket is not refunded. (terms and conditions, art. 4.1 en 4.2)

Can I leave and come back later?

No. If you leave the event after entering, your ticket is no longer valid. (terms and conditions, art. 4.1)

How do I get my ticket, and how many people does it cover?

Your ticket may be a barcode sent to you by email. Each ticket admits one person and is issued once. Keep it safe: loss or misuse is at your own risk. Only buy through the official ticket shop. (terms and conditions, art. 4.4 en 4.6)

Are there lockers?

Yes, you can reserve a locker in advance in the ticket shop so you can skip the queue: medium for EUR 9.00 and large for EUR 11.50 (prices checked 29 October 2026). Please do not keep valuables in it, and always keep your code or key with you. (terms and conditions, art. 18)

How do I pay at the festival?

Hidden Garden is cashless: at the bars and food stands you can only pay by card (PIN). There are no tokens and nothing to top up, so there is nothing to reclaim afterwards.

How do I get to the IJzeren Man?

The address is Javalaan 149, 5631 DB Eindhoven. The IJzeren Man is a recreational lake in the Tongelre district, south of the Karpendonkse Plas. There is parking available; we will share route, public transport and parking advice for the festival later.

Can I return my ticket?

No. Tickets for an event on a fixed date are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal (cooling-off period), so a ticket you have bought cannot be returned. (terms and conditions, art. 19.3)

Can I resell my ticket, or buy or sell one on TicketSwap?

Commercial resale is prohibited, and resale is only allowed through a sales channel designated by the organiser. If you buy a ticket through any other channel, you can be refused entry. The safe option is to buy only through the official ticket shop. (terms and conditions, art. 5.1, 5.2 en 4.6)

What am I not allowed to bring?

Among other things: glassware, plastic bottles, cans, alcoholic drinks, food, drugs, nitrous oxide, fireworks, animals, weapons and dangerous items (such as spray cans), selfie sticks extended beyond 1.5 metres, and professional photo, film, drone or sound equipment. If you bring something that is not allowed, it can be confiscated and will not be returned. (terms and conditions, art. 7.1 en 7.2)

Can I bring my own food or drinks?

No. Bringing food or (alcoholic) drinks is not allowed, nor are glassware, plastic bottles or cans. (terms and conditions, art. 7.1)

Will I be searched?

Possibly. The organiser may check visitors and their bags before entry, and cameras may be present. (terms and conditions, art. 6.1 en 6.2)

Can I smoke?

Smoking and vaping are only allowed in the open air, so not in tents, buildings or under canopies. (terms and conditions, art. 15.1)

What happens in bad weather?

In case of force majeure, including (bad) weather conditions, the organiser may postpone or cancel the festival. If it is postponed, your ticket stays valid for the new date. Only if the festival is cancelled completely can you request a refund of the ticket price (not the service fees), provided you bought through the official sales outlets, and excluding force majeure in the broad sense; see article 13 of the terms and conditions. If in doubt, follow our channels for updates. (terms and conditions, art. 13)

What happens if the programme or times change?

The organiser aims to run the programme as announced, but times and programme are subject to change. (terms and conditions, art. 11)
